Shluchos Group Visit to the Ohel

Saturday, January 5, 2019 - 7:28 pm
Posted by Rabbi Schneur Nejar

One of the most anticipated events of the Kinus is the group visit to the Ohel and the reading of the the Pan Kloli on behalf of the family of Shluchim. Our visit will take place on Monday, Chof Bais Shevat.

The Ohel bus will depart at 8:00 am from the corner of President Street and Kingston Avenue. The Pan Kloli will be read at 10:00am. There will be a video hookup in the tent allowing all the Shluchos to see and hear the Pan Kloli being read.

Each Shlucha will be given two minutes in the Ohel during this trip. If you feel you need more time, we suggest that you arrange another time to go during your visit.

Prior to entering the Ohel line each Shlucha must change her shoes/boots to non leather footwear. There is absolutely no room to leave leather shoes. Non leather slippers will be available.

Reservations required to board buses to the Ohel.
Be sure to reserve if necessary.

As is customary we include in the Pan Kloli our request for Brachos for the Shluchos' families (as noted, this is for immediate family members only, other names and Bakoshos should be included in your personal Pan) for health, children and Shidduchim. Please put the names you want included for specific Brachos in the designated sections.

A Gift for the Rebbe and Rebbetzin

In preparation for the holy day of 22 Shvat, we - the undersigned shluchos of the Rebbe - are preparing a gift for the Rebbe and Rebbetzin as a keli for Brochos for all shluchos individually and the family of Shluchim as a whole.

We are participating in a hachlata in which we will speak to women to inspire them in the mitzvos of Neshek, Mikvah and Kashrus. In the merit of our collective fulfillment of the Rebbe’s holy directives להכין את עצמו ואת כל העולם כלו לקבל פני משיח צדקנו, may we merit to celebrate this Kinus in the בית המקדש השלישי.
