General Registration:

Can I register myself or my guests after the Kinus begins?
No. Registration must be taken care of before the Kinus. A late fee will apply to new reservations made after November 12, 2017 at 1:00pm ET.

What is the deadline for Kinus registration?
You will receive this year’s deadline via email. If you did not receive it, please call the Kinus office at 718-774-4000.

Can I change my banquet seating, as well as the banquet seating of my family members and guests, before the Kinus begins?
Yes. You can change your seats and your guests' seats
here.

Where do I register my child for the Tzieri Hashluchim Program?
Here or call them directly at 718-221-0500.

Is it possible to receive a refund if I must cancel my registration for myself, my family member or my guests?
In order to receive a refund for any registration, you must contact the Kinus office at least 4 days prior to the beginning of the Kinus (November 12, 2017). A cancellation fee may apply.

Refund and Cancellation Policies
To receive a full refund less the 6% cancellation fee, cancel by November 12, 2017, at 1:00pm EST. Cancellations made between November 12, 2017, at 1:00pm EST and November 15, 2017 at 12:59pm EST will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after November 15, 2017 at 1:00pm EST.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing, email is acceptable. Email 24@kinus.com or send us a message to cancel your reservation.

באם הנך מעונין לבטל את ההזמנה שלך או את ההזמנה של האורח שלך לכינוס, ולקבל החזר כספי מלא (לבד מ6% עלות דמי ביטול) עליך לעשות זאת עד ליום ראשון ה12 נובמבר 2017, שעת סגירת ההרשמה המקוונת. ביטול הרשמה שייעשה בין יום ראשון 12 נובמבר, 2017 – יום רביעי 15נובמבר, 2017, 12:59, מועד פתיחת דלפקי הרישום במוזיאון צבאות ה' בקראון הייטס, יזכה את הנרשם בהחזר של 50% מהסכום ששולם.כל ביטול של רישום לאחר מועד זה, לאחר יום רביעי 15 נובמבר, 2017, בשעה 1 בצהרים, לא יזכה את המבטל בהחזר כספי כלל.

Shluchim:

How does a Shliach who is not on MyChabad.org register for the Kinus?
You must sign up as a new Shliach on MyChabad.org and fax the form signed by your head shliach into the office. You can find the registration form here.

What happens if I am unable to upload my Kinus ID picture?
If you are unable to upload your Kinus ID picture, you will be able to have one taken of you at the Kinus Registration. Please be aware that this will increase your waiting time when you arrive.

If a Shliach will only attend the banquet, is it possible to receive a partial refund?
Unfortunately, no. The cost of the Kinus for Shluchim far exceeds the registration fee.

Family Members:

Which members of my family can I register as family?
You can register your father, father-in-law, and grandfather. Any other members of your family will have to be registered as a full-paid guest.

How do I register a member of my family?
Click here to register your family member. Please note, the registration is not complete until it is verified and approved by the Kinus Office.

How much does it cost to register my family member?
The cost is $180 per family member.

Does my family member need to send you a photograph of himself?
No. Only Shluchim have photos on their ID badges. Family Members are required to bring valid Photo ID in order to be allowed to enter the Banquet Hall.

How do I get invitations to the Chabad Partners Conference?

How many guests may I register?
You may register as many as you like. Each one will have to pay the full price.

Can my “banquet only” guest participate in the Chabad Partners Conference?
No. If you would like to change your guest’s registration, you will need to call the Kinus office a week before the start of the Kinus and pay the difference in registration fee.

I have a guest who is registered for the Chabad Partners Conference that is now only able to attend the banquet. Is it possible to receive a refund for the difference in registration fee?
Yes, if you contact the kinus office by November 12, 2017 at 1:00pm EST. There will be a 6% fee for credit card transactions.

During the Kinus:

Can my guests (Chabad Partners Conference, banquet only guests and family members) join the workshops and sessions for Shluchim?
No.

Is it possible to change my banquet seating, as well as banquet seating of my family members and guests, after the Kinus begins?
No. All of your seating arrangements must be taken care of before the Kinus.

When can I pick up the ID badges for my family members and guests?
Due to the increased security, all ID badges will have to be picked up in person. Guests who are joining the Chabad Partners Conference will receive their ID badge during the program. All others who will be going straight to the banquet will need to collect their badge when they arrive.

Can my family member or guest pick up his ID badge before the banquet?
Yes, if they come to pick it up in person.

Where do I bring my children to join the Tzieri Hashluchim program when we arrive?
Please call the program directly for this information, as well as any questions you may have, at 718-221-0500.

Where exactly will the Gala Banquet take place?
The banquet will take place at 2 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. Taxi drop off is at 90 Columbia Street.
