Can I register myself or my guests after the Kinus begins?
No. Registration must be taken care of before the Kinus.
What is the deadline for Kinus registration?
You will receive this year’s deadline via email. If you did not receive it, please call the Kinus office at 718-774-4000.
Can I change my banquet seating, as well as the banquet seating of my family members and guests, before the Kinus begins?
Yes. You can change your seats and your guests' seats here.
At what age can my child participate in the Tzeirei Hashluchos program?
Children aged 9-13, in 3rd through 8th grade, are welcome to participate.

Is it possible to receive a refund if I must cancel my registration for myself, my family member or my guests?
To receive a full refund less the 6% cancellation fee, cancel by February 4, 2018 at 12:59pm EST. Cancellations made between February 4 at 1:00pm EST and February 7 at 12:59pm EST will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after February 15 at 1:00pm EST. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, email is acceptable. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message to cancel your reservation.
How does a Shlucha who is not on MyChabad.org register for the Kinus?
You must sign up as a new Shlucha on MyChabad.org and fax the form signed by your head shliach into the office. You can find the registration form here: /mychabad/login/apply.asp?
What happens if I am unable to upload my Kinus ID picture?
If you are unable to upload your Kinus ID picture, you will be able to have one taken of you at the Kinus Registration. Please be aware that this will increase your waiting time when you arrive.
If a Shlucha will only attend the banquet, is it possible to receive a partial refund?
Unfortunately No. The price of the Kinus for Shluchos far exceeds the registration fee.
Which members of my family can I register as family?
You can register your mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. Any other members of your family will have to be registered as a full-paid guest.
How do I register a member of my family?
Family members can only be registered by calling the Kinus office at 718-774-4000. Ext:4280
How much does it cost to register my family member?
The cost is $180 per family member.
Does my family member need to send you a photograph of herself?
No. Only Shluchos have photos on their ID badges. Family Members are required to bring valid Photo ID in order to be allowed to enter the Banquet Hall.
How do I get invitations to the guest program?
Please email your name, address and the amount of invitations you need to email@example.com. Please make sure that you order your invitations at least one month in advance.
How many guests may I register?
You may register as many as you like. Each one will have to pay the full price.
Can my “banquet only” guest participate in the Guest Program?
No. If you would like to change your guest’s registration, you will need to call the Kinus office by February 4, 2018 to pay the difference in registration fee.
I have a guest who is registered for the Guest Program that is now only able to attend the banquet. Is it possible to receive a refund for the difference in registration fee?
Yes, if you contact the kinus office up to a week before the kinus, (there will be a 6% fee for credit card transactions).
Can my guests (Guest Program, banquet only guests and family members) join the workshops and sessions for Shluchos?
Is it possible to change my banquet seating, as well as banquet seating of my family members and guests, after the Kinus begins?
No. All of your seating arrangements must be taken care of before the Kinus.
When can I pick up the ID badges for my family members and guests?
All ID badges will have to be picked up in person. Guests who are joining the lay guest program will receive their ID badge during the program. All others who will be going straight to the banquet will need to collect their badge when they arrive.
Does my guest need her photo taken for her ID badge?
ONLY Shluchos will have photos on their ID badges. Guests are required to have valid Photo ID in order to enter the sessions and Banquet Hall..
Can my family member or guest pick up her ID badge before the banquet?
Yes, if they come to pick it up in person.
Where do I register my child for the Tzieri Hashluchos Program?
You must pre-register for the Tzeirei Hashluchim program. Please contact the program directly for this, as well as any questions you may have, at www.YoungShluchim.org.
Can I register for babysitting during the Kinus?
No. You must apply for babysitting during registration. Please note that spaces are limited.
What ages are included in the babysitting service?
Babysitting is for babies ages 2 months - 15 months. For your convenience we have prepared a list of playgroups in Crown Heights which you can download here.
What can I do if my baby is younger then 2 months?
If your child is younger then 2 months old at the start of the Kinus s/he will not be eligible for babysitting. You are welcome to bring your baby into sessions and workshops with you as long as s/he does not disturb.
Can I bring my own babysitter?
Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any private sitters with babies in Oholei Torah nor at the Jewish Children's Museum, so please don't bring them there.
What is the cost of the babysitting service?
The cost of the service will depend on how much time your child is cared for. The cost for each babysitting "time slot" is $20. The available slots are Thursday, 12:00-4:15pm; Thursday, 4:15-9:00pm; Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm; Sunday, 9:00am-4:00pm; and Sunday, 4:00pm-10:00pm.
