Can I register myself or my guests after the Kinus begins?
No. Registration must be taken care of before the Kinus.

What is the deadline for Kinus registration?
You will receive this year’s deadline via email. If you did not receive it, please call the Kinus office at 718-774-4000.

Can I change my banquet seating, as well as the banquet seating of my family members and guests, before the Kinus begins?
Yes. You can change your seats and your guests' seats

Where do I register my child for the Tzieri Hashluchim Program?
Please call them directly at 718-221-0500.

Is it possible to receive a refund if I must cancel my registration for myself, my family member or my guests?
In order to cancel any registration, you must contact the Kinus office at least 5 days prior to the beginning of the Kinus.

Shluchim:

How does a Shliach who is not on MyChabad.org register for the Kinus?
You must sign up as a new Shliach on MyChabad.org and fax the form signed by your head shliach into the office. You can find the registration form here:
/mychabad/login/apply.asp?

What happens if I am unable to upload my Kinus ID picture?
If you are unable to upload your Kinus ID picture, you will be able to have one taken of you at the Kinus Registration. Please be aware that this will increase your waiting time when you arrive.

If a Shliach will only attend the banquet, is it possible to receive a partial refund?
Unfortunately No. (The price of the Kinus for Shluchim far exceeds the registration fee.)

Family Members:

Which members of my family can I register as family?
You can register your father, father-in-law, and grandfather. Any other members of your family will have to be registered as a full-paid guest.

How do I register a member of my family?
Family members can only be registered by calling the Kinus office at 718-774-4000. Ext:280

How much does it cost to register my family member?
The cost is $150 per family member.

Lay Leadership and Banquet Only Guests:

How do I get invitations to the lay leadership program?
Please email your name, address and the amount of invitations you need to
help@kinus.com.  Please make sure that you order your invitations at least one month in advance.

How many guests may I register?
You may register as many as you like. However, each one will have to pay the full price.

Can my “banquet only” guest participate in the lay leadership program?
No. If you would like to change your guest’s registration, you will need to call the Kinus office a week before the kinus and pay the difference in registration fee.

I have a guest who is registered for the lay leadership program that is now only able to attend the banquet. Is it possible to receive a refund for the difference in registration fee?
Yes, if you contact the kinus office a week before the kinus, (there will be a 6% fee for credit card transactions).

During the Kinus:

Can my guests (lay leadership program, banquet only guests and family members) join the workshops and sessions for Shluchim?
No.

Is it possible to change my banquet seating, as well as banquet seating of my family members and guests, after the Kinus begins?
No. All of your seating arrangements must be taken care of before the Kinus.

When can I pick up the ID badges for my family members and guests?
Due to the increased security this year, all ID badges will have to be picked up in person. Guests who are joining the lay leadership program will receive their ID badge during the program. All others who will be going straight to the banquet will need to collect their badge when they arrive.

Can my family member or guest pick up his ID badge before the banquet?
Yes, if they come to pick it up in person.

Where do I bring my children to join the Tzieri Hashluchim program when we arrive?
